We don’t provide any warranty for the jewellery. These all are hand made with our artisan . It may possible to have some irregularities. This is very common with junk jewellery.
TITIKSHA always wannts to provide exact the same product as shown in the displayed picture on the website. Other details are mentioned in description box of respective items.
After placing order no cancellation will be considered.
360 degree unboxing video without cut and pause is mandatory to launch any complaint. We don’t take return if the dispute is repairable in home(will guide you surely).
Exchange available with same or higher amoung product,in that case shipping will be 150/- INR for pickup and reship when there is no defect in that product. Refund policy is not available.

- Always keep jewellery in a air tight bag or box to avoid air regularly.
- Rub the jewellery with dry cotton after every wear.
- Jewellery shouldn’t come in a direct contact with water and perfumes.
Orders are processed within 2-3 working days.
We usually takes 5-7 working days to ship.
Please note that delivery time depends on location,distance, logistics partners and natural calamities also. We are not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier services.
